Principal Development Ltd. is a trusted importer and distributor of medical equipment, hospital furniture, orthopaedic implants and supports, dental materials, medical devices, and specialised clinical instruments in Bangladesh.
Our products are sourced from reputable international manufacturers and comply with applicable ISO 9001 and CE quality standards. We are certified by the Government of Bangladesh to import and distribute a wide range of medical equipment and devices. At present, we import products from the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, and Denmark.
We are widely recognised as one of Bangladesh’s reliable sources for imported medical, orthopaedic, and dental products because we never compromise on quality in exchange for a lower price. In addition to dependable product quality, we are known for prompt delivery, buyer-friendly policies, professional service, and a dedicated support team.

We supply distributors and wholesalers in different markets, enabling them to offer quality healthcare products through their local distribution networks.

Mr. Mohammad Shifat has shaped the vision of Principal Development Ltd. since its inception and continues to guide its strategic direction as Managing Director. His extensive experience in the medical and healthcare sector, hands-on leadership, and commitment to excellence continue to strengthen the company’s operations, partnerships, and long-term strategic progress.
Mr. Md Foysal Hossain has played a key role in developing the company’s core operations and organisational culture. As Director, he ensures that daily business activities remain aligned with the company’s strategic goals, professional standards, and values. His innovative thinking, practical leadership, and collaborative approach contribute to greater operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Mr. Md Hashebul Hasan has played an important role in defining the organisation’s strategic priorities. As Director, he applies his industry knowledge and forward-looking perspective to support long-term planning, strengthen decision-making, and contribute to the company’s continued development.
